Properties
本品灰白色粉末。无臭，但有苦味。比重1.33，溶于乙醇、丙 酮和乙酸乙脂，难溶于石油醚、二氯甲烷，不溶于四氯化碳、苯及水中。贮存安定性良好，为不污染的第二防老剂。
Gray-White powder. No smell but taste bitter. The density is 1.33 . Soluble in alcohol, acetone, ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in petroleum ether,CHzClz, insoluble in CCl4, benzene and water. Good stabilization storage ability. As second anti-degradant without poison.
用途
Apoplications
本品用作天然橡胶、二烯类合成橡胶及胶乳的抗氧剂，也可用于聚乙烯。对氧、天候老化及静态老化等具 有防护效能，也能较有效地防护铜害和克服制品硫化时过硫引起的不良作用。本品可单独使用，也可与其他防老剂（如DNP、AP及其他非污染性防老剂）并用，可获得明显的协同效果。本品在橡胶中易分散，在日光下不变色，略有污染性。单独使用时用量一般为1-1.5份，当用量超过2份时，会产生喷霜现象。在乳胶泡沫橡胶中的用量为0.5份。因本品有苦味，不宜用于食品接触的橡胶制品中。
This product can be used for natural and synthetic rubber, and other anti-aging agents with a synergistic effect;lt can obtain good heat resistance when it is used in sulfur-free vulcanization. It can also be used as a vulcanizing accelerator and thermal sensitizer for chloroprene rubber.
