淡黄色粉末(颗粒)，微有苦味，无 毒。比重为1.70。分解温度300℃。可溶于氯仿、丙 酮，部分溶于苯和乙醇、四氯化碳，不溶于汽油、水和乙酸乙酯。贮存稳定。遇强酸或强碱溶液即分解。White powder (granule). Light yellow powder (granule) with a little bitter, no poison. 用途
Apoplications
高速硫化促进剂，不具有橡胶染色性。适用于NR、IR、BR、SBR、NBR、EPDM和乳胶。用于干橡胶时具有与MBT一样的性能且焦烧性低。用于乳胶体系具有温和的活性且通常与超促进剂并用。硫化临界温度较高(138℃)。不易产生早期硫化，硫化平坦性较宽。适用于乳胶体系具有调节体系粘度的功能。适用于注塑与发泡橡胶产品。操作安全，易分散，不污染，不变色。与TP合用时耐老化。主要用于制造轮胎、胶管、胶鞋、胶布等一般工业品。
High speed vulcanization accelerator, no rubber stain.Suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex.For dry rubber,it has the same properties as Willing MBT with excelient scorching resistance.It is mildly active in latex systems and is usually used with superpromoters. The critical temperature of vulcanization is higher (138C). It is not easy to produce early vulcanization, vulcanization flatness is wide. It can be used in latex system to adjust the viscosity of the system. Aging resistance when used in combination with TP. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber hose, rubber shoes, tapes and other general industrial products.
